This Agreement is made between:
1. Rd2success Fast Track (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), located at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Company Registration Number 15960148, and
2. [Trainee Name] (hereinafter referred to as "the Trainee"), residing at [Trainee's Address].

1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Trainee’s participation in the driving instructor training program provided by Rd2success Fast Track. By signing this Agreement, the Trainee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and make the necessary payments as outlined herein.
---
2. Training Structure and Fees
The training program is divided into three parts: Part 1 (Theory), Part 2 (Driving Lessons), and Part 3 (In-Car Training). The details of each part and associated fees are as follows:
2.1. Registration Fee
- Upon registration, the Trainee is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £150. This amount secures the Trainee's place in the program and covers initial administrative costs.
- Payment of this deposit is required before any training begins.
2.2. Part 1 – Theory Test Preparation
- The cost for accessing the Company's comprehensive theory training system, including online support, is £100. This fee provides full access to learning materials, practice tests, and support until the Trainee completes Part 1.
- Please note that this fee does not cover the official test fees charged by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). The Trainee is responsible for paying these fees directly to the DVSA when booking their ADI Part 1 test.
- Payment for Part 1 is required upon completion of registration and must be made in full before accessing the training system.
2.3. Part 2 – Driving Lessons
- Part 2 of the program consists of a minimum of 10 hours of practical driving lessons, which are charged at a rate of £40 per hour.
- The total minimum cost for Part 2 is £400, payable in instalments or in full prior to commencing the lessons.
- Additional hours may be booked at the same hourly rate, depending on the Trainee’s needs and performance.
- These lessons are specifically designed to prepare the Trainee for the official ADI Part 2 test.
2.4. Part 3 – In-Car Training
- Part 3 of the program requires a minimum of 20 hours of in-car training, charged at a rate of £40 per hour.
- The total minimum cost for Part 3 is £800, payable in instalments or in full prior to commencing this stage of training.
- This practical, hands-on training prepares the Trainee for the ADI Part 3 test (instructional ability).
- Additional hours may be required, depending on the Trainee’s progress, and will be charged at the same hourly rate.
---
3. Payment Terms
- All payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed upon by the Company.
- The non-refundable registration deposit of £150 must be paid to secure a place in the training program.
- Payments for Part 1 (£100), Part 2 (£40/hour), and Part 3 (£40/hour) must be made in accordance with the timeline outlined by the Company.
- All fees for each part of the program must be cleared before proceeding to the next stage.
- The fees for the official tests charged by the DVSA are not included in the Part 1, Part 2, or Part 3 training fees and must be paid separately by the Trainee.
---
4. Refund Policy
- The £150 registration deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The £100 fee for Part 1 (Theory Test Preparation) is also non-refundable once the Trainee has been granted access to the training system.
- Fees for Part 2 and Part 3 driving lessons are non-refundable for any lessons or training already provided. Any unused lesson hours that have been prepaid may be refunded at the discretion of the Company, minus any administrative fees.
- In the event that the Trainee fails to complete any part of the program or withdraws from the program voluntarily, no refund will be provided for completed training or the non-refundable fees.
---
5. Obligations of the Company
- The Company will provide access to theory training materials and online support as part of Part 1.
- The Company will ensure that all driving instructors assigned for Part 2 and Part 3 training are certified, experienced, and qualified to provide ADI-level instruction.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Trainee's scheduling preferences for lessons, subject to availability.
---
6. Obligations of the Trainee
- The Trainee must provide accurate personal information during registration and promptly inform the Company of any changes.
- The Trainee agrees to complete each stage of the training program to the best of their ability and follow the advice of their instructor(s).
- The Trainee must meet the minimum ADI eligibility requirements (e.g., holding a valid UK driving license for at least three years and having no serious driving convictions).
- The Trainee agrees to make payments in a timely manner as outlined in this Agreement and is responsible for arranging their own travel to lessons and training locations.
- The Trainee is responsible for paying any fees directly to the DVSA for their official tests (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3).
---
7. Termination of the Agreement
- The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Trainee fails to adhere to the terms outlined, including but not limited to non-payment of fees, repeated cancellations of lessons, or inappropriate behavior.
- If the Agreement is terminated due to a breach of the terms by the Trainee, no refunds will be provided.
---
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be held liable for any delays or cancellations of lessons caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.
- The Company will not be responsible for the outcome of the ADI tests, as the Trainee's performance depends on their own efforts and ability.
---
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
